Privacy Agreement – Resume Clinic

This Privacy Agreement explains how Unancher Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information submitted through our Resume Clinic service.
By submitting your resume or personal information to the Resume Clinic, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Agreement.
1. Purpose of Collection
The Resume Clinic is provided to review, assess, and improve resumes and related career documents submitted by participants.
Information collected may include:
- Full name
- Contact information (such as email address or phone number)
- Employment history
- Education history
- Skills, qualifications, and certifications
- Any other information voluntarily included in a submitted resume or supporting documents
2. Use of Information
Your resume and personal information will only be used for the following purposes:
- Reviewing and correcting resumes
- Providing resume improvement feedback
- Communicating with you regarding the Resume Clinic
- Maintaining records associated with the service
- Your information will only be accessed by authorised personnel of unancher Ltd
3. No Third-Party Sharing
Unancher Ltd will not sell, rent, disclose, or share your resume or personal information with any third party unless:
- Required by Australian law or
- You provide express written consent.
- Your information will not be used for marketing by external organisations.
4. Data Storage and Security
All resumes and personal information collected through the Resume Clinic will be securely stored by Unancher Ltd in accordance with applicable Australian privacy and data protection laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from:
- Misuse
- Interference
- Loss
- Unauthorised access
- Modification or disclosure
5. Data Retention
Resumes and related personal information may be retained for administrative, quality assurance, and record-keeping purposes unless a deletion request is received.
Participants may request deletion of their personal information by contacting Unancher Ltd directly.
6. Access and Correction
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and request corrections if the information is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

Acknowledgement
By submitting your resume to the Resume Clinic, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Agreement and consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described above.
